1. Can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order, pieces can be returned for store credit within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns must be postmarked within that 7 day period. Make sure that the items returned are in the same condition in which you received them and in the original packaging. SJ Spence Designs is not responsible for shipping costs or lost returns.

Custom orders and sales pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. Any items bought on promotion or on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Can I exchange my order?

Exchanges may be made up to 14 days after the original delivery date. Exchanges are subject to shipping costs. Any items bought on promotion or on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 


1. How long until my order ships?

Please allow 24-48 hours for your purchase to be shipped. 

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Just email sj@sjspence.com for more details. 

3. How can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.


1. How do I pay?

All payments are made securely through Paypal. If you are local in Atlanta, GA, you can email sj@sjspence.com to Venmo and pick up. 


1. Can my item be repaired?

Because each piece is hand crafted, they can break if not cared for properly. The fee is $8 to fix broken earrings, and shipping costs apply both ways. 

2. What if my item arrives damaged?

Although rare, mistakes do happen and earrings may break during the shipping process. If your pieces arrive damaged or break within 7 days of the delivery date, you will be refunded. If damage during the 7 day period is due to mishandling or poor care, there is an $8 fee to fix. 

3. How can I care for my earrings?

Each SJ Spence design piece is handmade, and therefore, we encourage you to take gentle care. Do not keep in a bag with several other earrings. Because we use gentle materials, it is also best to not wear with lotions or sunscreens.
